3. HOME INSPECTION INFORMATION
Because Evergreen & Sage provides professional home inspection services, we may collect information relating to properties and inspections, including property addresses, inspection dates, property characteristics, inspection findings, photographs and videos of inspected areas, inspection reports, and information provided by property owners, buyers, sellers, agents, or other authorized parties.
Inspection information may be shared with the customer and other individuals specifically authorized by the customer or as necessary to perform the requested service. We may retain inspection records as reasonably necessary for business, legal, insurance, warranty, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you make a payment through our website or through a third-party payment processor, your payment information may be collected and processed directly by that payment provider. Evergreen & Sage generally does not need to receive or store your complete credit-card number. Payment processors may have their own privacy policies and terms governing their handling of payment information.
5. SCHEDULING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Evergreen & Sage may use third-party companies and software providers to assist with scheduling, customer management, inspection reporting, payment processing, website hosting, email, analytics, marketing, and other business functions. Examples may include inspection scheduling and reporting platforms, payment processors, website hosting providers, email providers, customer relationship management systems, analytics providers, cloud storage providers, and website security providers. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.
6. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, or similar technologies to keep the website functioning properly, remember certain preferences, understand website usage, measure performance, improve the website, detect security issues, and measure the effectiveness of advertising or marketing campaigns.
You may be able to control or disable cookies through your web browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality. If we use third-party analytics or advertising services, those providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

8. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Evergreen & Sage does not sell your personal information to third parties for money. We may use third-party services that provide advertising, analytics, scheduling, payment processing, or other business functions. Depending on how those services operate, they may collect information through cookies or other tracking technologies.
9. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no website, electronic transmission, computer system, or method of storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. DATA RETENTION
We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, complete transactions, prepare and retain inspection reports, meet accounting, tax, insurance, and legal requirements, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable obligations. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may securely delete or dispose of it, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information we maintain about you. You may contact us to ask what personal information we maintain, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion where applicable, ask questions about how information is used, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for a particular use, or request information about certain disclosures. Certain information may not be eligible for deletion or other requests when we are legally required or permitted to retain it or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
