Meet the Evergreen and Sage Team

Hi, I'm Joseph Steinle, a proud U.S. Army veteran, craftsman, and owner of Evergreen & Sage Home Inspections. Alongside my fiancée, Aerin, we're proud to operate a family-owned business built on honesty, integrity, and exceptional service.

My career has been built around quality construction. I owned and operated a successful tile and full-home remodeling business, transforming homes with a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail. Before that, I worked as a cement mason, helping build foundations, decorative concrete, roads, runways, and other hard surfaces. This hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of how homes are built, how they age, and what to look for during an inspection.

My military service taught me the values of discipline, accountability, and putting others first. Those same principles guide every inspection I perform. My goal is simple: provide thorough, unbiased inspections that give you the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions.
